After hearing from so many people about the condition of Broadway at a number points (Strand and Larkholme Parade junctions), on 9th April I wrote to Lancashire County Council asking that they take action immediately.

Unfortunately, from their reply below, they may do more “splash and dash” repairs, but will not look to resurface the area.

Rest assured I will keep the pressure on to make sure that this road gets fixed!
