It’s with massive frustration that I write again to update residents across Bulk and John O’Gaunt wards of Lancaster to say that Royal Mail have replied to me to advise that they are not taking any action to address the postbox on Quernmore Road.

This is absolutely not good enough, and I am digging my heels in to make sure that people are better served by Royal Mail.
