Thank you Rev Michael Hutchinson for leading Garstang Town Council’s civic service in the parish church of St Thomas’.

I wish our Mayor, Councillor Michael Halford a successful term in office supported by Mayoress Robyn Halford.

Our town is a great community and it was lovely to have the chance to see so many at this morning’s service.
