I had great fun at the Memorial Park in Fleetwood on Friday – trying out a ‘hand powered’ adapted bicycle in the lovely sunshine.

Wyre wheels is a new programme for anyone who is disabled, has limited mobility or is recovering from injury or illness. You just need to turn up on Fridays where you’ll have the opportunity to ride on the adapted bikes including trikes, side-by-sides, hand bikes, quad and wheelchair bikes.
