I had the best start to my working week meeting the young adults at Unique Kids & Co. They had prepared some great questions for me and we discussed some of the necessary improvements they would like to see, to make roads and our public transport more accessible for everyone.

One of the young adults, Sarah, has been instrumental in advocating for wheelchair users by lobbying the Local Authority to install dropped curbs all over Lancaster. Thank you Sarah!

The Unique Kidz & Co team offer an invaluable service to the community. They have created an environment where these young people can thrive and have fun alongside their peers, giving parents and carers structured respite.
