Cat Smith Working for Lancaster and Fleetwood
For those following my campaign to get the post-box fixed in Quernmore, in March I secured a meeting with the Minister for Postal Affairs, who I met with in April, where he promised to get the post-box provision sorted.
He writes to me today saying he has failed.
I am furious and residents deserve better. This is not the end of my campaign to get this fixed, and I will be writing once again to Royal Mail to lobby them to replace the postbox, and work with the Co-Op on Quernmore Road to establish is this is a suitable place and could once again bring the postal service back to the community.
