Like many of you, I’ve been following the Women’s World Cup. The incredible sportsmanship on show has been so impressive and the success of these athletes is wonderful news for the women’s sports scene.

Our Lionesses gave their all and have inspired the next generation of sporting excellence for little girls and boys everywhere.

The pride we have all felt throughout this word cup has been immense and while the tournament is now over, there are plenty of chances right on your doorstep to enjoy the best of local women’s football.
