Cat Opens Lancaster Sustainability Hub

Energy and food sustainability is vital in tackling the climate emergency, and it was a massive privilege to be invited to open the Lancaster Sustainability Hub in Marketgate, hosted by Green Rose Community Interest Company.

With information from Our Food Futures, Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP), Charge My Street, Off-grid Northwest, Relic plastic, Morecambe Bay Community Renewables and more, there is a huge amount of support on offer for residents to get advice on their energy bills, grants, insulation, solar power, electric vehicle charging, as well as district allotments and community gardens and cooking together!

There is so much to get involved in, so nip down to their hub in Marketgate for a chat or support!

Very busy event with plenty of talk about sustainability!
