I was delighted to visit Lucy at her shop on Moor Lane in Lancaster. They sell second hand comics and graphic novels in great condition, and have plenty to rummage through, having recently opening their back room for people to flick through a huge range of comics! They even stock fantasy novels by the amazing local author A.S.Chambers!

Running the business for 18 years, Lucy told me all about the highs and lows of running a small business, and I’m incredibly proud of the determination and heart that she has put into her work for so long.

Along with the Marvel and DC series, it was great to leaf through some of the novels including Invincible, Buffy, and X-Files. But also plenty of others including Dr Who, Terry Pratchett – and even Goosebumps for the littler ones seeking to get into spooky and fantasy fiction for the very first time.
