What a fantastic show of community spirit, music and fun at the Fairfield Festival today!

The grand opening of the new playground is such a great initiative by the Fairfield Association, who have done an amazing job.

Green spaces for our children is close to my heart and something I’ve campaigned on. I hope to see the new Labour Government widen community right to buy rules for derelict buildings and degraded land to be brought back to life, so we can see much more of this in our villages, towns and cities.
