In July I challenged o2 on the poor signal across Lancaster, as they advised their site had been vandalised and their engineers were working to fix the problem. They have since informed me that this is a Vodafone site, not their own.

As part of this ongoing work to secure better signal, I invited Vodafone customers to seek compensation, and facilitated this through an online webform. I have also contacted Vodafone demanding their urgent action and compensation for customers, in a letter which you can read at www.catsmith.co.uk/vodafone.

Sadly I suspect Vodafone will not share with me how many people they have provided compensation to or by how much – presumably to not encourage me to facilitate mass compensation complaints! But I feel this is the right thing to do.
